Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, unopened (for hygiene-related products), with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@cereashop.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive a return label and return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Value Reduction
If the returned item is used, opened (for hygiene products), damaged, or not in its original condition, we may deduct a reasonable value reduction from your refund. This is permitted under EU consumer law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
EU 14‑Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unused, unworn, unopened (for hygiene products), with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@cereashop.com.
